If one thinks about it, it could be interpreted as Abhira’s revenge from poddars. She got Armaan away from his family and Vidya for whom he kept dumping her, most of all revenge on Armaan for everything he did to her, to the stage where he is going to be in the same place where she was, literally in the streets. Audience would have actually enjoyed this better than the soap opera they are showing
