Is the screenplay better in that show? Has been my main complaint here - since the initial days. [They do have the advantage of it being remake of a Turkish show - or at least inspired by it - so guessing at least flow of story would be better.]

I started only today. It is actually a fantastic story but as usual poor execution. If it were handled well, there was so much of power and politics to explore. But they want to do the same ghisa-pita vamp vs heroine shit. I avoided it so far because I can't stand Ayesha Singh (FYI she is even worse in this role and I feel like slapping her in almost every scene) but I saw one clip of Mona Wasu who is playing the vamp, and she is awesome despite the crappy stuff that is being asked of her.

Ohh I didn't know it was an adaptation. Maine abhi dusre post pe reply kiya ki screenplay is poor even though the fundamental plot is super interesting. Funnily enough, this show is right now only Mon-Fri. I wonder if it is on probation before Colors makes it 6 days a week like its other shows.

Hmm.. not surprising the plot is interesting, given it will be taken from that other show (Cennet is the name of the show). Screenplay being poor... yup. Expected - going by the scenes they choose to show here. Mon-Fri idk.. I think it is because they have some reality show on weekends.

Also the channel's pressure makes them give better story. Here, zee is lax wrt putting any pressure. Also now since Murkh is focusing on Mannat, she is neglecting KMTMG.

Wish they had written better for those 20-50 eps after mela wedding - esp Ammu and Bhavani's reaction to it. Like said before not surprising Virat did that, but Bhavani and esp Ammu was not at all expected. Should have made him suffer before they move back into being VA jodi again. Today's scene I loved Bhavani... but Bhavani Tai... mele ke baad kahan gayi thi? ex aane ke baad bhi Ammu ko vrat ka gyaan de rahi thi!!! This phase was inconsistent for both the characters. [Maar daala... gaane waala maar daala].

Hmm... I have it that even if the channel pressurises them they cant deliver better story - think that is at least a bit out of their talent level. [wise move this time from them to do an adaptation - at least story-wise people wont have much complaints.]

Oh, yet another (non) fan of Ayesha after Nilmi and me. If the actress playing villian is good, then you can tolerate them no matter how bad the character arc turns out. But it's torturous otherwise. Kmtmg suffered from lack of a very good actor playing villian. (Before Adiandsid throws ande and tamatar at me )Rajiv and Abhiraj had scope, but unfortunately makers diluted their effect by giving Babita the upper hand and made them ineffective or funny.
