I feel maybe vihaan will change his tune to I love you J and ask her to come away to escape from the allegation Arshi is going to level on J.

Bcos he def is not doing it for Ahaan. The way they are showing his sense of urgency where J is concerned; and his support for her, he is going to start showing his feelings for her.
