Your opinion of Ghum is wayyyy different from mine tbh. Sai is not strong - she’s as much as a doormat like the rest of the female leads ; she pretended to be one. Strong characters don’t keep coming back to the place they are insulted lol ; pls don’t tell me Virat and Pakhi are strong
and when you say in depth writing, surely you don’t mean Kaku’s hall drama, Ashvini - Ninad’s drama or Patralekha desperately trying to oust Sai out right ?
@b : for the record, I’ll take this Nibba nibbi romance over season 1/2 toxicity any day. Mature adults like me like the toxicity content to a minimum. Idk about everyone’s preference.

About writing, characters.......see sis it's about show and its scale.... aunties ka serial dekh kar I don't expect ideal world....if I compare Kaku was really a matriarch, elders were quite impactful and Sonali Karishma type funny....Virat Sai Pakhi each had their personality and story....and JT was truly a lovely villain infact GC was golden days as IPS missions and loss of Kjo....and so on along with Sairat's love story including poor Devi Tai, motherly Ashwini, bros and other triangle ke problems with a certain flow.....
What do we have here Neil green forest but if seen too good to be accepted and somewhere weak, Rutu player who doesn't care about family standards or life principles, Teju delulu and dumb even Pradhans mein no layer....only character which was impactful was that bechari Aditi her love for dad and mental illness plus other conditions are connectable.....in the start TejNeil had chemistry but they ruined it by no more differences and now bechari mahaan FL aayegi....
About Sai as strong she was kind hearted and was godly for others but in Sairat toh when did I say strong????
I don't understand this definition of doormat always fighting day and night like a dumb, blackmailing to leave everytime, many times being wrong and then being brought up by as kahin ki rani.....
Virat was strong ye bhi nhi bola maine he used to always run behind Sai even having side, as she is the only girl in billion women out there for marriage.....
And sach bolu these crafts look like k dramas with out of the world imagination ka implication....same as Doraemon types Nobita Shizuka Neil Teju kiddos....I somewhere like it too nhi toh yhan kyun aata but you can't say this even half of og version....if I keep aside toxicity there was so much to watch too but why you only remember negative things I don't know....
