In addition to rushing the marriage sequence, I also feel makers have to make Neil more layered. He’s cute and all but this type of character is not suitable for itv like others said. Instead, he would be perfect for Korean dramas. TRP aunties love toxic ML. I think Teju is good. She’s cute , bubbly and her character will grow post marriage. RR is also crucial for increase in ratings. He’s the main one to bring the drama, angst and manipulation. He will try to manipulate Neil first since he’s very innocent. That’s where makers can make Neil grow and make him street smart.
This was good don't make RR directly obsessive by wrong means but manipulative ways to create troubles where he isn't associated to TejNeil....
Neil need not be toxic but grey shades chalenge....in first generation they have cashed on drama till 500 episodes without truly making ML toxic instead grey and FL was annoying too toh it balanced only Pakhi shifted from PL to obsessive girl....
and when you say in depth writing, surely you don’t mean Kaku’s hall drama, Ashvini - Ninad’s drama or Patralekha desperately trying to oust Sai out right ?
