My two cents on the whole ghum low trp debacle:
The generation leap had a great opening trp of 2.2 which was great! However, the revamp unknown leads (although in season 2 only shakti was the known one amongst the three just like this time Param was). Ghum (is the baby of cockrow) because this was one of their most successful projects and I don't think so they would let it go off air so easily. In fact I believe they let deewaniyat go off air this easily was because they wanted to invest in Ghum (the revamp). The story has just started and would always have been filler. The 7:50 timeslot was a very stupid decision. In fact they just wanted the last trp to see which show fails so that they can fit ghum there and give jaadu the 8pm slot. With the story I still believe the ghum is gonna go good (not 2+ trp but better than it's current). Also the legacy thing is not which is even helping shahi right now it helped only during Naira and Akshara. So legacy thing is something which I believe isn't something you can really blame. The only thing to blame is the story which they would definitely turn around before IPL to revive the shown
Shakti one got trp fully because of Savi as Sairat ki beti.....actor didn't have any major contribution I have watched his acting average tha but when I watched his career toh bahut buri lagi....
There was an act when he performs officer ka skit.....I felt like that's why prerequisites jaroori hote hai Neil was gymnast and was district level athlete so felt like audience really don't know the depth....he was offered role of Virat in the start achcha huwa nhi kiya khud bhi dubta aur show ko bhi le dubta infact he was quite confident about his success in second generation 6-8 months mein tata bye bye ho gaya....aur chala bhi toh legacy pe.....I am not saying with any pre designed perspective but show ke standards are low.....
I still remember RRS was crying holding Neil's hand during farewell....
