Smd is like in the bottom 5 list of trps for a geo 8 pm project between 2023 and 2025. If I start including other channels, smd will still be in the bottom 10 or bottom 15 in terms of trp.

In terms of views, its not that why views are not like JN, TB, KMKT or IM. The thing is views are not even like Jafaa, Khaie, Jhoom, Ehram e Junoon, Rah e Junoon, MPHT, Kaffara, MSM, MGM, FT1. In addition, a ton more shows got views in 10M range, so closer to SMD, but had much much higher TRP. So if I aggregate the two, their total viewership will exceed smd. Do you think all these shows had alpha heroes, chui mui heroines, oodles of romance. No, they didn't. Do you think all these shows were hated by critics. No, they weren't.

Hit is hit. Flop is flop. There may be reasons why something is a hit and something is a flop. But it doesn't change whether something is a hit or a flop. Smd is a flop. Why it flopped could be debated but it doesn't change the verdict. A show with this type of budget, starcast and promotions to be among the 5 lowest trp shows in last 2-3 years on geo at 8 pm slot just leaves no wiggle room to argue.

I just meant it’s guaranteed views for such plots other also can get but its experiment. Whereas for such tracks it’s guaranteed views. And trps many dramas which are getting high trps are ARY irrespective of any script which is enough to prove channel is one of the main reason to easily get more than half of the trp. And views yes other tracks which are getting the views aren’t these kind of sad plots. It’s at least nowhere a flop in terms of YT views. You can see the views of dramas like Jaan e Jahaan or Radd or similar kind of dramas. You can’t compare sad vibes dramas with others. And also on top of such sad plot it has over use of alcohol which many pak viewers doesn’t want to see at any cost. And then it has more of the screen space for not so famous actors who are just crying all times, it has all elements to get less views. Nothing to be shocked or investigate. MPHT actually has superhit views of around 22M average. Nevertheless many actors have dramas with these level of views too. The main reason for not still more views is slowest pace of drama and sad kind of plot and plot which is more of showing traumas and all. Irrespective of mega or normal drama such drama can get only these views. If channel team didn’t realised that such slow paced plots with all these elements cannot fetch higher views then they are living in some other world.

Exactly they should do that...but the producers are fool that's already proved..otherwise they would have given us more romantic scenes for bilal sadaf for 4-5 episodes at least.
