I agree, the beach scene was shot beautifully, their confrontation, and Roshi's breakdown was very apt (and Dananeer performed that scene very sincerely), I found this monologue of Talha a bit underwhelming, the previous one where he refuses to attend Maahi's wedding so he does not raise Roshi's hopes was very much on point...

This one was a lot about my dukh, dard, peeda... arre Bhai, even others around you have emotions and feelings which get hurt... wake up from your slumber, Talha Ahmed..

The book reading scene between Talha and Mohid was so natural... even Mohid can sense that something is wrong with Talha and immediately tells her to stay away from Sabeeka and marry Roshi because she's now Mohid's friend... kids are so pure and are able to read subtle nuances...

Was he rude in the confrontation? Sure, but he wasn’t wrong. Roshi should have never gotten herself involved in the Sabeeka situation. I primarily blame Abid Sir for Roshi’s hatred toward Sabeeka.

As for Roshi, I felt so bad for her, she didn’t deserve this.

I get where Talha comes from. I agree he never let Roshi on for anything. But he could have done it better.

But like you said, its a catch 22 - either ways this situation was required if Talha feels that he cannot give Rishi what she wants from him.

Yeah that's the magic of good writing + direction + sincere acting... it's difficult for us to choose between the two protagonists - both Roshi and Talha are right but also wrong in their own place...

The story may look very simple but there's ideological differences between the two protagonists paired with the ML trauma... Will Talha and Roshi find a middle ground or will drift away from each other is worth seeing...

He really is. While I want to hate Talha I can't, but I will always have a softer spot for Roshi, all thanks to Dananeer. They're really a good looking & acting couple

I am not interested in Roshi... ye puri life Devdas rehne ke mood mein hi hai... even Abid Uncle is borderline irritated on his son's stupidity, and am pretty sure he will initiate Talha's proposal for Roshi once Shariq backs out...
