Coz she had temporary memory loss again n forgot she was supposed to pretend she didn't have her memory back coz of Sheroz's threat.😂

Twice when she did say it, rahim was unconscious and the one time when he was awake, Shehroze had already threatened her to not reveal that her memory is back. I guess the idea behind not telling rahim now is her confession; if aiman accepts her memory is back then she can give a statement against Shehroze and with that he will become a suspect. Shehroze doesn't want that and become the evil he is in his fathers' and everyone else's eyes. Till aiman is quiet the needle of doubt always stays on rahim, which he and afia do want.
