I think this is before the kalesh between them and PH maybe, they go back to the house and act like everything is normal since shivani’s health is bad and then afterwards they bring her home and a big fight ensues and that’s when they move out (hopefully)

but as per the spoilers her health deteriorates after the confrontation at PH which they haven't shot yet
