Is there any minimum / maximum word limit for the entire tale? I understood that every person can contribute max 15 words at a time... but what about the overall total?

I think we need to keep weaving a story until all the nava rasas are included and we are satisfied.

As long as the next team member continues seamlessly, would it be fine?

For example,

First person: <13 words>, it was ...

Second person: ... a beautiful sight (<12 words>

Also, should all 3 members take turns in order? Would it be alright if two of us keep posting and the third person joins in but alternates to post their share?

Nah..one sentence need to be completed before the next member continue with another sentence. Yeah you can post in any order, and it's not necessary for all the 3 members to post in order. Two of you too can keep posting alternatively, and third person can join anytime.

Each one of you have to post a single sentence within 15 words at a time. But each sentence must take the story forward, that means if you begin with a sentence, next member have to write another sentence within 15 words, forwarding the sentence what previous person had written. At the end, all the nine rasas need to be covered in your story.
