I would say for akshara the love Dr.Abhimanyu Birla was some sought of achievement, when he accepted her back after she disappeared for 1 year that achievement turned to pride that he will accept her any how, after pregnancy news she got queen's treatment from everyone all this shattered on wd which hurt her ego. To satisfy that she used abhir because kids are the biggest weapon against parents, in this she sometimes forget about abhir's feelings, but abhinav is different, he used to support everything she did.so that difference is there.
