logic and serial have no connection with each other and to be honest this custom should not exist and if u change a girls name then u should change boys name to. And ur right court won't accept the new name there is some legal process for that too

Choti Kachri should propose to change her name to Anupamaa to pay respect to her Mummy who she loves so much. It will backfire on Kothari’s who hate Kachrapamaa and will be perfect as Rahi will be the new lead when Panauti finally dies.
