The makers shouldn't make him a psycho-obsessive lover. Then wo Neil nahi rahega, koi aur ban jayega.

You can show Tejaswini sees him with a girl. She's his childhood friend. She's the only girl with whom he feels comfortable. He doesn't feel nervous in front of her. So, Tejaswini feels jealous and taunts him, "You really enjoy when you get attention from her. You should've married her because it seems you like her."
