Armaan who took revenge for his culprit maa to be sent to jail, as Abhira didn't go for out of court settlement instead punished his maa, vowing for Abhira's public humiliation the way his mother faced, by cancelling her license. Would Armaan himself agreed for out of court settlement, overlooking justice, if Vidya mata was handicapped because of Abhir? Armaan wasn't wrong in siding with Vidya, but he was in expecting Abhira to go for out of court settlement, even after seeing the damage Vidya caused. Out of court settlement for Armaan was financial compensation, would financial compensation, actually compensate for the loss and pain of lifetime? A man is handicapped and victim and his family not going for out of court settlement are considered wrong?

If we reverse the situation would Abhira be supported for divorcing Armaan because he supported his victim maa and sent her culprit brother (who faced pain, abandonment, physical and mental torture in his life) to jail, instead of going for out of court settlement? Abhir would also face public humiliation and outrage being an artist. In my opinion, Vidya being the victim and Abhir the culprit would have been a better case scenario. Supporting culprit mother because of the debt, upbringing and immense love is understandable but expecting the victim's family to support culprit mother is unfair, specifically when you urself can't do the same for your spouse, if your mother was victim.

I mean we are now going for hypotheticals here so we won't be really able to tell who would've done what if the tables had turned no matter how much we all discuss all points. I do believe though that had their relationship not already been hanging by a thread, things could and may well have been different in the way they both dealt with the case but no point discussing what may or may not have been I guess.

And you're absolutely right. Armaan's expectations from the victim's family was incorrect. But a husband's expectations from a wife can't be termed that. Where Armaan was wrong in the accident case without a shred of doubt was in asking Vidya to not apologise and not being clear to Vidya that she did commit a grave mistake - not by the accident but by not calling for help immediately after. But as a lawyer (and husband) he placed an offer on the table that was least damaging to not just his family but also him personally. And expected that she'd do the same even if her family didn't.. I suppose here the more important hypothetical question would be if Abhir would have pushed for the case as vehemently as he did if the culprit wasn't Vidya. Again another hypothetical we won't know the answer for I suppose.

The SBS voice over is saying that RK ne milaya Armaan Abhira ko. So, it does seem like that's the direction they're going on. The full bts will come out late afternoon. 😊
