Gaytri's husband tells his mum-in-law that he will go with Gaurav to the hospital and bring the doctor here and he leaves. Then Khashima sees a temple, which is lighten from the cart, she asks ladies to help her and take Gayatri to the temple. Khashi ma says that the doctor as informed already that the baby turned its position and bring her to the hospital on time.
The ladies take Gayatri to her Krishna/Radha temple, and are telling her to have faith in God and everything will be faith. Khashima prays to Gopal ji, while the ladies surround Gaytri with an saree, and then you hear an cry of an child.
The lady tells Gayatri, in your house Lakshmi, as come, and she informs Khashima, that you have become an nani (Grandma), your daughter an given birth to an baby girl, as they hand her the baby. Khashima showers the baby with kisses and love.
Khashima, thanks the god, and is all happy saying that in her daughter house a Lakshmi is born.
Gayatri's husband with the doctor, arrives at the temple. With her hand Gayatri tells her husband, and he follows her hand, where Khashima is holding their daughter, and says Beti. He is similing for an while, then Gayatri's hand follows, the doctor checks on her, and they tell Gayatri's husband, who is devastated that she has passed away.
The doctor closes Gayatri's eyes, and sad song plays saying about how an mother love is lost.
While Gayatri funeral rights is happening two men are talking, one is saying what will happen to the small child, but the other man says she is an Yam, as soon as she is born she as ate her mother alive.
The men are saying what will happen to poor Hasmukh( Gayatri's husband), and the blaming the baby girl, and calling her all sorts of names.
Hasmukh is an room, recalling what the guys said at the funeral place, while tears are rolling down his face.
Khashima is trying to counsel the crying baby, and then she looks into the room, and says where is her Jamaniji (son in law), she asks the priest, and he tells her he has gone to the bus station.
Khashima with the baby in her arms, and stops Hasmukh, and tells her that the child his yours, and he calls his daughter yam, and doesn't want to do anything with her. As she has eaten up her mother the day she was born, and breaks all the relationship with his child and mum-in-law, Khashima sees her son-in-law leave on the bus.
Starts with Khashima with the baby in her arms, falling on the ground, after the bus leaves, and says that God has taken away mother from the child, and the father himself left his child. She asks her granddaughter what will happen to you.
The most of the second half is shown Khashima, raising her granddaughter, as she is playing with her, learning her first step, feeding her, changing her, and the child is grown, as she is going to school. While this is happening, the song of Gopal is going, and the ideal of Baby Krishna/Gopal in the jhula is shown.
Bhakti the child is around the age of 7/9, and she is seen playing with the kids, when the kids mothers comes an scolds their children for playing with Bhakit, as they had forbidden their children playing with her.
In the school, the teacher asks the kids, how many months in the year. All the kids including Bhakti reply 12. Bhakti is seating way at the far back, and all the other girls and boys are in the front.
The teacher asks the kids who will tell me the names of the months, and all the kids expect Bhakti raises their hand. Teacher looks at her, in angry way, and takes his stick and walks up to her.
The teacher pulls Bhakti by her arm, and asks her where is her book? Bhakti utters me, me, and the teacher is like what are you saying me, me, me like a goat.
The teacher ask her to tell the name of the months, and she is frighten, and is all nervous. Teacher takes her palm, and hits her with his stick, and she is all crying.
Bhakti, shows her palm, which has all the marks to her Nanima, who asks her what happened, did you fall or smoething. Bhakti replies that Masterji (Teacher) had hitten her.
Khashima tells Bhakti, that Masterji is an Butcuher, and that only God will deal with him. Khashima tells Bhakti don't worry my child, and she apply haldi (turmeric powder) to her wounds.
Khsshima tells Bhakiti your hand will be healed, in a little while you will be able to go and play Holi. Bhakti with an tearful smile asks her Nanima, today is Holi. Khashima says it's my child, and sees what I have bought you, and points to her finger, with the holi tray and water guns. Bhakti is all excited and happy. Bhakti hugs her Nanima, saying that you are the nicest person in the whole wide world.
Bhakti with her Holi thali, goes to the place where all the children are playing Holi, but she gets sad, as no child plays with her. Bhakti goes crying home, where Nanima asks her what happen, and Bhakti tells her no one plays Holi with her.
Khashima tells that they can't be her friends, and she takes her infront of the Gopalji statue. She takes the Gopalji statue out of the Jhula, and with both hands carefully hands it to Bhakti.
Khashima says that Gopalji is your friend. Bhakti is like friend. Khashima is like yes my friend he is your friend, he will be with you forever and always.
Bhakti asks will he go to places with her, will he talk to me? Nanima answers yes my child. Bhakti asks what should I call him. Nanima says Laddugopal. Bhakti takes the idol, and puts it near her face.
An happy tune of the Gopal music plays, and its shows that Bhakti is all grown up. Episode ends with Bhakti folding her hands in namaste and praying. 😛
- From watching the first episodes that its inspired an copied from Saajan Ka Ghar, it has similar story line. Well the begining is where Anumper Kher's wife dies after delivering their daughter, and he calls her mansoon, and doesn't want to accept her.
