Lead-focused shows do not survive on ITV. ITV viewers like to watch saas bahu drama, bhabhi nanad drama, devrani jethani drama, kitchen politics. I watched Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (a romantic show based on reincarnation) on Colors. I watched all the episodes of that show. It was lead-focused and there was a vamp. These three characters (hero, heroine and vamp) got the most screen space. The hero and the heroine were good looking and good actors. They had good chemistry. Even the vamp was beautiful. But the show didn't survive.

they want to see everything except the leads. look at any show that has good trp and you will find that either the leads are not on good terms/separated or involved in some or the other family drama. infact most of the twitter are crying on twitter because their arent many scenes of the leads where they spend time.

I don't know what Ghum's routine is. I never watched Ghum Ganja before, I've no idea. But I really dislike kitchen politics and saas bahu drama.
