I agree with you. They could have launched it as a seperate show. As Ghum viewers prefer toxicity the makers will add toxicity. And the toxicity may ruin this show.

As of now, bahut hi sweet lag raha hai show. If they add their typical Ghum flavour, essence of all three characters will be ruined. I don't want Rutu and Neil to give sideways, ek doosre ko khaa jaane wale expressions to each other with Teju standing in the middle, exasperated by all the kalesh and drama.

2+ TRP is impractical. Because already Saraj fans are in anger for abruptly wrapping up the storyline of their favourite characters. Moreover, none of Sanam/Vaibhavi/Param have those kind of super dedicated fans as Sanam wala DID bahut hi pehle aaya tha when I was in first year of college, I guess. Us time Sanam ka craze tha but after that, so many years went on and we even forgot about Sanam. Vaibhavi's Sindoor Ki Keemat fans won't be liking the love story focused season of Ghum. Param ka bhi break kaafi lamba tha and his most fans are from Sadda Haq fandom and the fans from there must be in their 30s and moved on from ITV. His last show I watched was Haiwaan and even that show is 5/6 years old. I almost forgot about both Sanam and Param and mere ko to Param ka naam dekhkar bhi yaad nahi aaya tha until I watched a promo reel on Instagram and tab characters k faces dekhe and I remembered.

I don't have a problem if they show RR as a bhabhi obsessed guy or male vamp. But I really dislike saas bahu drama or devrani jethani drama. And I really have no interest in Mohit's family in Nagpur.

trp inke fans ki wajah se aayegi bhi nhi because agar inke koi fans bhi hain toh woh online hi dekhte hain. the trp aunties (who wont even know these three) would start watching the show if there is some saas bahu drama because one girl two guys concept is not something they would accept that easily

Mere ko Ruturaj as of now, kahin se bhi villain nahi lag raha. It's not as if he specifically targeted Teju and lured her into trap. He saw Teju, liked her and flirted with her. Never did he promise Janma Janmaantar ka pyaar. And it's not his mistake that his thought process is not like Neil. Neil is in his 30s, and that too he is a bit of sheltered guy, so it's obvious that he isn't comfortable with situationship and flings and all. But this doesn't mean Rutu should be same as Neil. I think between Ruturaj and Teju, it's more of a compatibility issue and contrast between what Teju wants and what she needs, rather than Rutu being out and out a villain.

tbh tejaswini ki expectations bhi rituraj se thodi zyaada hi hain (cant blame her though) ki usko lagta hai rituraj kabhi settle hona chahega and tbh tejaswini shouldnt even think abt janam janam ka sath shes too young for that shit

Inke fans have mostly moved to US series on Netflix and Amazon Prime ya fir Kdramas. ITV par bache hi nahi hain. Jo bache bhi hain, they are still stuck on his Randheer Singh Shekhawat character and compare Neil's every action with Randheer. Unko vahi 24x7 savage, rich, brilliant character chahiye which is exactly opposite to characterization in Ghum. This show will be ruined by expectations based on past for the show and actors.

Here, the new leads weren’t even connected to the previous gen, so there’s an instant disconnect for the audience. If Savi wasn’t Sai’s daughter and was introduced the way they introduced this new fl Teju, it wouldn’t have worked either, and that's how simply it is🤷🏻‍♀️ Even after IshVi ended, ppl still watched for Savi. Now that her story is over, Sairat’s legacy is done too.

why you think Shahi is all about legacy fls cuz he is smart. Even Ekta uses fl as legacy kids in her flop Zee shows. Another issue is the story pacing—it’s mad slow. And tbh, Trp Aunties love kalesh and drama. Rishta’s trp is low rn cuz no one cares about their dumb leads’ DDP, which is why they’re pulling stuff like bride swapping to grab trps.

Making this a separate show wouldn’t have worked either. Ganja’s recent show Deewaniyat flopped hard—they shut it down in a month. If this was a separate show, these actors would’ve faced the same fate fr.
