Not repetition Rekha - is some follow up consistency too much to ask? I really dont understand Leena. How can brilliance and garbage co-exist in her writing like it seems to.
The brothel story is just so cringe and to see something like this from the woman who gave us Ani's birthday, Kashmir, J's injection and foot bruise episodes - mind boggling.

I do feel Leena was most expansive with Ani’s characterisation and even her reasons to keep Ani in a dayra or periphery somehow tied in with his core traits.
As viewers growing up on or fed the staple of ITV male leads trying bossing around for me Ani is a welcome change. I never held it against Ani that he took his time to decide where his heart lay… after all he was in a committed relationship and trifling with people’s feelings wasn’t his trait ( the delayed realisation may have caused himself and J untold misery though due to some actions ) but I haven’t seen him do anything wrong after his realisation…after the tumour track and the HA track
If I have a morally uptight lover, what could I do beyond convincing … situationally Ani Arshi were entitled to some time for closure of a dead relationship ( it was dead from Ami’s side and Arshi refused to acknowledge the death even after seeing the signs) but we saw that the story moved to a precipice with deceit, danger etc and made the lovers stuck in a vortex - Ani held to a compromise or situation he assumes he bears responsibility for and J is shown holding herself to a moral standard she herself resents…So what do I make of this love story? Leena acts as if she wants to challenge the norm if itv but in practice she doesn’t really deliver anything revolutionary.. I would appreciate if she could have shown J climbing down the high moral ground in any manner… since this will not be delivered.. for me this will always be a half baked idea…For me Arshi didn’t exist in the tale when it began and she doesn’t exist in the tale now… a love story depending on a third angle is no story at all…
....each time Jhanak was mentioned, he would either freeze or an emotion would come into his eyes....soft expressions as you said.

. Upar se it's obvious how easily Ani lies when it comes to jhanak. Bas bolta rehta hai sad puppy 🐶 face bana ke ki I'm done, I have moved on, I have accepted my fate .....ghanta. didi ko convince Karne ka or paapi pet ke liye hi yeh sab bakwaas karta hai . He'll never move on islye didi kabhi apna muh band nahi rakhti kyuki satisfaction hi nahi mil raha bechari ko Ani ki taraf se that he actually had moved on🤡.
