I so wish they show this, but am not sure if they've really built a good closure to the office track between Talha and Roshi! Especially as Roshi has shown growth professionally in the few months she's been there as an intern! From the person who hated going to office on the first day, she is now creating reports that are being signed off by her higher ups (who are clearly seeing her potential and giving her opportunities) and she's even giving inputs in engineering / structural problems.
I think with her family's support she will (and should) continue to work professionally and balance work and university demands. That would be such a huge step up in Roshi's evolution as a person and she would make herself and her family proud! 👏👏
If she resigns from office, it should be due to professional reasons and her wanting to focus more on her Engineering studies, not her inability to manage Talha and Sabeeka's dynamics or Talha's rejection.
But I think I am expecting too much, this is my second Farhat Ishtiaq show after KMKT and my personal opinion - she writes better ML characters than FL. Even in KMKT, Mustafa was a more nuanced / layered character and Sharjeena was uplifted due to Hania's restrained performance. Here too, there's depth in Talha's character but Roshi is more prone to succumb to fickle-mindedness.

A question regarding Roshi's reason for resignation, which will be revealed at some point in the future, is whether her resignation will be solely based on the rejection of a love proposal and his request to keep a distance from his family, or if it will be due to professional reasons.
If she quits Talha’s office for reasons other than professional, then it’ll prove there’s no progression in Roshi’s character and that she’s immature & impulsive with her life choices and Talha was right about her all along.
I wouldn’t want Roshi to resign. Instead I want her to show resilience, overcome her heartbreak, recognize that life may not always go as planned, commit to her career, effectively manage university and work obligations, and demonstrate professionalism at work. She can even ignore Talha if she wants🤷♀️ But that work & personal life needs clear demarcation by Roshi.
