What are the 7 vachan's of Marriage

Watched rishta a lot,but everytime I forgot what's the 7 promise husband and wife took while marrying.

And fun fact,My short term memory, forgetting things easily.

I don't know but I am remembering that once Rajshri told the 7 promises while osmeone's marriage was happening,Maybe Kaira or Naksh.

The above is the main slokha that is recited by the groom ( mostly brahmin in south of India )

I asked mumma,she told me yesterday.

And I also watched a yt video of Manoj Muntashir Shukla and a Rajasthani Pandit..

So I guess with time the same mantra's/sloka's explaination is changing.

Yes you are right didi, That's why I never remember any of the promise yet.

In rishta as well,I watched Abhimanyu wedding 7 promise and Akshara Naitik promise they were also different

Our community atleast it strictly remains the same saptapadi and that mantra ...

The vishnu roopa groom accepts the lakshmi swaroop bride with acceptance of the bride father ( or who is doing the kanyadan) . In front of society it's a promise that he will upload all his promises of saptapadi..some fam pandits like ours explain the shloka in the state language so that we understand clearly what we are uttering
