This is quite possible but the expressions looks like how she's behaving now, with Nashwa for Ammar etc.

There is strange mystery on what was Ammaar role is whole Maheen episode. He definitely did something but the extent ? He himself was so high when he took her to room . Did he do drugs and pass out to wake up seeing her abused and was told something and he believed it .

Amna and Bakhtiyar is one crossover pair I really didn't imagine until now

There was this scene in epi where Bakhat says humare Ammar se acha rishta nahi milega... DP expressions after that they were so subtle you could miss it....but they were so on point. it gave perfect 'budhiya is delulu'

I don't think so as per some teasers scenes. In one scene Burhan was telling Nashwa.

Why are you so adamant to prove Ammae a culprit

Writer and Director has built so much mystery around Ammar's character. That's why many are not accepting real culprit in this case. I think him using drugs can be a reason of this situation. But he is part of crime for sure if not real culprit.
