Its highly possible that RK met her quite recently. Also even if it is 10 years back, that means Kaveri has been hiding Shivani for almost 20 years before RK found her.

Man this is going to be bad for Kaveri.

Dadisa is involved with whatever happened to Shivani and Shivani has escaped from there, either RK is also involved (not possible) ya phir she again gets Shivani kidnapped from RKs place and Shivani escapes from there and meets Armaan

Promos can be misleading as well. It is not always exact lines or situations in the episode. Cause making Kaveri a villain enough to kidnap someone and keep her hidden for two decades is too much by dkp standards
