No loses of case? Well, he's been in Pakistan for what? A year now? I wish they said he's been here for a few years so that way his reputation could be actually built up. But I do enjoy the way he conducts himself. Usama is doing fine. Just needs that voice modulation and dialogue delivery to be a little stronger. The character is written fine. It just needed a Zahid or a Hamza or a Bilal. Sherry hota to Kiya hi hota. That aura was needed. The sternness and the booming confident voice with a towering presence was needed in my opinion.

You know agar kisi ka aura hai then you do not need to bring it up the story, the character shows it through their portrayal...bar bar emphasize karna means it's not coming across and you have to force feed and remind viewers.

No character in TB said oh dekho Kiya shawl aura hai murstasim nai. Kiya lag Raha hai. Or for shahmir in ishq mushid. The character's elegance and his dressing sense was impeccable and Bilal's excellent portrayal made him believable as the son of a big politician and a future PM. Body language matters so so much.

Also, a general note for the thread:

Please note that some of us are not hating. Just pointing out the obvious or alteast our opinion. I find it a little too much that we're asked to or have to put mature tag on posts because it makes a few unhappy even when the post has no hate or bashing. Let's not censor each other. The write praised Burhan's character and that she enjoyed writing it. She said writing him in itself was romantic. I believe.

Burhan plays a big role in Asim-Bisma, Nashwa's life and as a positive male character and a human who is balanced in his approach of life. He's not over positive or negative. He is not like oh just lets believe one side. He is calm, cool and collected and looks at evidence and logic.

So far, I like the way he's been written. Let's see what happens next.

This writer usually writes soap and they're let's just say not so good I'm afraid to have any expectations.
