I get what you guys were pointing out in the episode in the morning, Shivanis expressions while keeping the photo....I don't think it was anything else other than Shivani admiring Aaru ki bahu and just keeping the pic under her pillow or something. Nurse ka not sure she said she gets anxiety attack and remembers old memories so they had to inject her, they can go either way show RK possessive of Shivani from the start or show him become possessive later.
