Beautiful thread Lennie
As today marked the official ending of GHKKPM Season 2/2.5 my heart feels heavy.
Sure, the editing of the last episode was blunt in a lot of scenes, I expected better, but for now, I simply want to savor the good moments and take comfort in the notion that our Savi finally got the life she always deserved...
I loved her last speech - she credited each one of the people who paved the way to her success and also acknowledged her heartbreak, her defeat - perhaps the darkest moments of her entire life when she forgot herself.
And then she got her little angel - a kid who thawed her frozen heart, who made her laugh again. Eventually she got a supportive husband who became her strength and helped her achieve her dream.
Savi's dream wasn't just hers. When she fought against everyone for her education, she kept Sai's spirit alive. When Ishan died, he wanted her to find a family that loved her. And today she achieved it all. Her journey completed that of SaiRat's and Ishan's and she forwarded keeping their legacy alive.
Very few shows can do proper justice to its story.
Today I felt, Ghum has finally completed its journey...
Last but not the least Bhavika Sharma.

I loved her in Maddam Sir and I love her even more now as she took a challenging role and did full justice to it. She brought the required amount of chirpiness in an otherwise strong character which often can become melodramatic due to the typical format.
I was against the forced Ishitafication of Savi but I loved Bhavika's acting because she portrayed the brokenness too well. Her scenes with Amayra struck a cord too many times.
Just as balanced Savi is as a character, Bhavika was equally perfect in assaying all the different shades of this character. I will truly remember this character and her...
Wish Bhavika and the rest of the cast all the best!
