Someone who worked for RFK Jr. And a psychic are not insiders. Megan Kelly and Meghan McCain are two hateful women who will jump at any chance to do or say anything negative about democrats, specially ones as popular and Michelle and Barack. And in case of Megan Kelly the fact that Obamas are black is probably just an added bonus for her. The woman had a conniption fit on air over black Santa Clauses a couple of years ago.

And addressing even ex presidents as President is an American tradition. (Same with Governors)

EDIT: I want to add, I noticed something, before the election, when talking about Trump, media almost always addressed him as ex president not President. They were all about accuracy then.
