Madhav was not at home when he visited.. I don't think they will even get into such nitty - gritties.. How could Shivani be even in Udaipur in that hospital all these years.. Or did they come here recently, nothing is mentioned..

Today in the episode, the nurse mentioned that RK is taking care of Shivani from past 10 years. I think she's there in the same hospital from 10 years
