i think hospital staff said that he's been paying hospital bills for the last 10 years. Bachpan se hospital ke bills bhar Raha hai kya?

Rk being armaans brother is the easy way to get abhimaan back together..as abhira will be his bhabi. If he’s not abhiras devar..then he’s going to be a third angle..but I think he will be armaans brother as they want to establish a true biological family for Armaan..

why is she in the hospital in the first place ..she doesn’t seem ill ..why couldn’t he keep her at home only and appoint a caregiver …wouldn’t it have been a more budget friendly option lol
