I think she make good BB material she won’t spare no one.
She won't spare anyone including Salman Khan if at all he is coming back. BB isn't meant for the likes of Vivian and partly the credit should go to her.
If your husband is leaning towards spiritual beliefs and had a complete makeover including changing his lifestyle, customs, traditions etc then how can we expect Vivian D'Sena to shout, scream become vile for one particular season of BB when the personality doesn't match the format. Rahul Roy of S1 won without doing anything great but that won't work in S18. Obviously those who knew his weak points went ahead in the game.
So yes Nouran can really compensate and live up to her own expectations thru BB.
