I remember there was this scene in one show where ML/FL are arrested for indecent behaviour on valentine's night, police arrest them thinking they are lying and just pretending to be married. Gharchyanna manya nasta tyancha nata... But in the police station gharche give saksh that the couple is indeed married. ML later uses this paper from police to prove he is married and their relationship is valid and walks out of engagement with other woman.

Asach Kahi karava laganar aata to avoid this Priya marriage thing. They don’t have any other option than to go through this route it’s either media/police/dhamaki about filing case for bigamy, force marriage , domestic violence etc are only options manavane is not an option right now.
