I dont need anything to justify Karan's actions. I have already said it , it was a harmless joke. There wasnt a single demeaning word in that sentence or joke....neither fr Viv nor for his kid.

Yes vivian didn't say sorry for it. Avinash also never said. Karan also just said sorry for the nouran thing other than that he never said sorry. And aaj bhi he was not sorry bas khairat mein sorry baat raha tha. But ok let's accept that vivian and avinash were wrong. But still that doesn't justify what karan said.
