Gen3 can be shown as a stand alone show as a tragic love story of Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. How he fell in love with a girl, how she messed up, how he died leaving her alone. But this can't be said about other two seasons, at last phase of gen1 naira was there, and naitik lived and cared his kids, karthik remarried to look alike after nairas death.

Tragic stories always have a good viewers in other places, they are OK with sad endings. And there, legacy fans might not present, to bash the ml.
