Whatever she wants or Goenkas want is secondary, whatever Abhir wants is the most important thing. He is not in a good state, so if she is taking the matter in her own hands there is no point going back and forth.
I am not watching these days, is there any scene they have shown where Abhir and Abhira had a conversation about this?
There was a scene where Abhir said he wanted justice because it would give him the strength to get up from this low phase in his life/walk again. He told Abhira only you can give me this strength by getting justice. He wanted Vidya punished.
I will wait for the episode before commenting on the upcoming because we know Abhira is trying to save Vidya. Whether she pushed Abhir to let Vidya come back out or he took that decision himself is still to be seen. Abhir loves his sister a lot so even if she took the decision herself he will happily agree. He was also concerned in the same scene stated above her marital life was getting disturbed because of the case.
Abhira has made a mockery of court and justice! She wanted to file a case to get her brother justice. She couldn't mentally and emotionally handle it when justice was finally served and Vidya was jailed. She feels bad and guilty about jailing Vidya so wants to get her back out. I don't know what she expected from the case if she thought the judge would let her go off scot-free after hit and run. Also from the segments she is broken as Armaan signed divorce papers so blames herself for jailing Vidya and ruining her marriage.
