Maybe just my opinion but I think they both are pretty equal in it,

Before their first divorce Ab fell in love first and after rumaal wedding cancelled he tried to win her back.

After their marriage Ab held on their relationship and after daksh revelation Ar held on their relationship.

Now again Ab may try to win Ar back so fir ek baar Ar bhi karega.

And out of court settlement was not her call to make coz she's not victim. If victim wants his culprit to get punishment then he's fully correct.

Baat galat nahi ku but consequences to sehne hi padenge dono ko.

Even though Abhira is right in her place for the justice thing, and ethically, legally, whatever Armaan is wrong, but no man would be happy if one of his family members gets 10 years in jail.

Mujhe Armaan waha wrong laga jaha when he said VV ko maafi mangne ki zarurat nhi hai.
