Areeyy mereko samaj nahi aata, agar divorce track laa hi rahe the toh abhira ko manane waala track kyun le aaye beech mein. Already tension tha uske saath accident ka bhi include kar dete.

I totally agree, when Abhira signed the divorce paper it was not bacause of Abhir accident,it was because of her anger and personal issues with Armaan. Here Armaan has put a condition for Abhira's love to be considered real which is to not punish Vidya as Vidya is still a priority for him. Signing after Vidya has been sent to jail proves his priority and proves that he thinks Abhira's love is fake just because she seeked justice for her brother.
