What exactly did Ab expect when they presented the video evidence? Unless the ajnabi lawyer did something additional, Ab would have known that it would be jail sentence for 10 years, right? Am I missing something?

Isse laga that coz Vidya was a first time offender and a respected member of the society, she may have been let of with a fine & some kind of social service. The fact that judge ne direct 10 saal ki sazaa suna do was unexpected even for her
