Things should complicate for Arman he needs to have that dar in his mind of losing abhira forever tabhi yhe pariwar jaap band karega. And upr se they can also add abhira ka illness track with this.

A case cannot be withdrawn after a sentence has been pronounced ..Vidya has already been sentenced…they can only correct clerical errors ..I guess they can make 10 years as 1 year or 1 month but no question of withdrawing charges lol

The case can be reopened or they can go on appeal and prove innocence if at all this is applicable

However this is IPC…anything can happen under DKPPC 🤷🏻‍♀️

Exactly even though abhira is not wrong in wanting justice for her brother, from armaan and some of the audience’s POV its looking like Abhira sacrificed her own relationship because Armaan was proposing they settle this outside of the court and compromise in order to not affect their relationship so Abhira will feel guilty about that. There’s a reason why Swarna had those dialogues as well about how she is playing with fire when it comes to sacrificing her marriage. Of course, armaan will need to apologize for lots of things as well like raising his voice to her and not letting her explain but they’ve created a situation where both sides can be justified aur dekho even now Abhira was running after him and vidya even after being yelled at lol she won’t let this go easily or give up, I feel.

I agree with all your points, Armaan is no where behaving out of character even here he is trying to save his mother, based on this dialogues about the cases affecting their relation, Armaan would not be able to stay with Abhira on knowing his mother is sent to jail, hence he was proposing an out of court settlement. not sure who will take the case back, but it does seem like Abhira will try to win back Armaan this time, not sure what the makers have planned though.

Neil’s actor wanted to leave the show so they killed him and ruined abhimanyu due to offscreen petty tiffs I don’t think it had anything to do with the character itself so I genuinely don’t think they will repeat the same mistake this gen, no matter how many armaan haters may want it. Abhimaan are more like naksh/kaira than the gen 3 ship.
