Let me just say this, I never really watch any of Vivian’s tv soaps or anything. I knew of him via entertainment news ancillary to his famous costars like Rubina and Dhrishti and some photo ops on the soccer field. He is very good looking, no doubt about it AND he doesn’t have to take off his shirt to get that type of attention. What made me support him was his innate goodness that pours out of him. He doesn’t need to be loud, overbearing or disrespectful. His gentle, quiet way of holding space and the little gestures that show his empathy with others just shines through.
People are parparaaoing now because of the feedback he got. They are rightfully upset because if a quiet Vivian can command so much popularity based on his past body of work, imagine his following based on the events of the past few days. It is irking them that Vivian will now get sympathy votes because of Kamya and SK or that he will get votes if he does something in house based on feedback or if he gets votes based on his goodness shown via family week. People are parparaaoing for sure!! 
They are upset. They are rattled because when their favorite enjoyed the perks it was alright but now that the shoe is on the other foot they don’t like it.
Vivian has earned his vote bank whether it was due to historical fan base or not. He worked hard for his fan base. No one can take that away from him.
I have become a fan of his personality. Have never seen someone like him on the show.
