Recently the rate of Vitamin D deficiency increased here owing to lockdown during Covid & the change in work culture covid has brought! I think sun exposure also play a role in keeping us healthy, and maintaining metabolism!
Regarding variety of spices, I actually love that about our region! All the varieties available here are because of the fertile soil & the kind of climate & geography we have here!
