Yes he isn't quick to understand people's intentions and trusts too much, only learning when he is hurt. He himself admitted as much, actually he said this to SA's husband. What I meant was even when he does confront or give content, thoses moments get cut from the episode.

Another example was from the current family week. They cut the moment he met/hugging SA's son and when SA told her son, Vivian had a daughter his age...but showed other housemates meeting him...Why?

I think once Padmajaan or some one of KV Fan was saying about Vivian that Vivian sees things in black and white only .grey shades are not visible to him..

He actually trust people blindly and go by Face value..
