1. Shilpa had talked about the pause in relationship and didn’t defend vivian even once when they were all saying vivian was just taking from her and never giving. That hurt vivian. And when she agreed with salman like others that he is inactive, he was already expressing disappointment before he was called in CR.

2. The difference is simply coz by that time it was karan who was backbitching about vivian which vivian had no idea about. Now he's saying everything on face be it good or bad. And after rubina's episode Karan and vivian almost sorted out their differences.

Whereas Avinash has been backbitching and plotting against while staying with vivian despite vivian saying it serval times that if you want to go solo then go solo. Vivian's wife saw it so ofcourse She'll be angry and after learning it so will vivian..
