I am so confused about the story, most scenes/trailer seem like Ishan is going to ignore Nikki, but there are a few scenes where he seems to make an effort but Nikki is distant.

Maybe it's after she gives up making an effort, in the second trailer last part was something on these lines I think

I thought as it is a Hindi serial, and Ishaan is clearly not in love, they wouldn't show them sleeping on the same bed, but as per the trailer, they are. I am confused about their dynamics.

They are in a typical arranged marriage setup. And Nikki did seem like she is looking forward to give a chance, Ishaans pov I am yet to understand, later there is one part also where she walks away with a pillow.... so it seem like she tries and gives up when ge decides to work on their relation
