Bilal doesn’t seem to be holding back telling Sadaf in telling Sadaf what her marriage is. She needs to hear it from someone but the problem might be that it’s coming from Bilal. He’s proposed to her in the past and Ammar is making all these accusations.

I honestly hate the mom. I feel like Sadaf was making progress but she keeps pushing her back in a toxic relationship.

I’m liking Bilal showing his frustration. It will make things more interesting then just seeing him being the sad, patient one. I hope we actually see all this in the next episode. They show us all these Bilal scenes in the promo but barely anything in the episode

30 minutes of toxicity and 3 mins of positivity ( bilal scene) doesn’t balance this is the main reason but yes all that shown was reality and not glorified at all but whole episode is for that only

I agree with this...the balance is clearly lacking...its not entertaining enough I mean..

Actually if you see pre-TB era than most of the shows were like this...pick up bin roye,yaqeen ka safar..all of those had depressive tracks but no light hearted scenes..

Are we mistranslating the title ‘ Sunn mere Dil’ ? It doesn’t mean ‘listen to your heart’ but rather ‘ my heart, listen to me’, which is applicable to most of the characters right now.

Dania wants Ammar to listen to her

Humsha wants Bilal to listen to her

Bilal wants Sadaf to listen to him

Sadaf and Ammar want both to listen to each other.

sadaf is not some doodh peeti bacchi. she is 27 yrs old. a professional graduate degree holder. a gold medalist. works in corporate. other cktrs call her intelligent. her boss thinks she is qualified to lead design and layout of a 7 star hotel. she is not shown to be sheltered or immature. we saw her independent before -managing her home affairs after father's death. she wasn't some obedient girl who always listened to her mother before marriage. shewent against her family's advice so many times. why is she then so easily manipulated. what's the excuse for her to be lacking so much in judgment and foresight. why can't she assess facts herself and come to an independent assessment.

if our character is so gullible and easily manipulated, you have to give it a backstory and development that makes this prolonged dumbfoolery plausible. ek dafa nahi do dafa nahi, she is gullible and easily manipulated for 20+ episodes now. the issue is not that there are not gullible fools who are easily manipulated. but they don't fit sadaf's profile. the problemwith this is that characters act out of character.

puhleez.

there was a lot of relationship development and character development in classic dramas and characters had proper arcs and made logical sense. leads may get hea at end but the journey was not so full of loopholes and nonsense like this.
