Iqtidar's last week episodes (e29/e30) have higher views than smd's last week episodes (e24/e25).

Bismil got more views than SMD in first 24 hours but by week's end, SMD had more.

If you ask me the whole Zaviyaar track was stretched , I still didn’t get purpose of 8cr, USA trip and BA being donor it didn’t add anything to story just ate 10/12 episodes .

Next no way you go on and demean your FL , instead of focusing on zaviyar drinking milk they should hve focused on Sadaf turmoil on how to arrange money and her fear of losing her brother ( she lost both her parents) but nope they didn’t evn feel the need to show FL pain .
exactly, her part of the monologue was never shown, hence audience have no sympathy for her.

Finally who on earth will shoot elaborate wedding sequences on marriage which was to be doomed and then use them to promote it on leads.

Not saying SMD missed being a classic or old romance but the show would have been good only if they concentrated on leads story rather than all those useless side stories which were not even entertaining .

@b: it’s like this - Sadaf was desperate for money, her father had recently died and she was floundering after knowing her brother was sick. Desperate times, desperate measures. She couldn’t let him make the exchange without offering anything in return, hence the insistence.

KRQ laid the foundation for the audience to slander the FL - see here yeh kitni berehem hai, she doesn’t accept the proposal of someone who has gone out of his way to help her and the ML is a saint, albeit a reformed one is head over heels, soul wala love doesn’t expect anything in return.
we can’t accept her saying no to BA because he’s been too kind. But that’s exactly the crux of her problem, that’s he too kind and there’s a visible imbalance here that Sadaf is not comfortable with. She’s allowed to say no - but KRQ made it look such a way that it looks as though she doesn’t appreciate his help.

@coloured: the side characters are given so much screen space with the least impact, and leads are appearing to be cameos . It’s a mess.

I agree with this...it has flaws to get roasted.
