Both Eisha and Avinash were putting up a stage play within Vivian's earshot and Vivian started confronting Avinash but barely because very soon walked away. He simply does not like confrontation + avinash very cleverly told him well don't do this at this stage of the game.

Why does he walk away? He should express his disappointment openly and take a stand!
