Based on show, definitely Rajat gets better point than KV. The way KV has done all un dignified things in the show, shows what kind of person he is. He is so jealous of Vivian that he can stoop to any level to be seen more. Vivian of course the most dignified and deserving winner, who does not change his stand to appease makers.

In any case, KV definitely not acceptable.
