Yes u can pm me ... I understand the extreme level of hatred for character n actor is insane. Laughing at features as if FL never did anything to her face. Honestly Arshi isn't so much hated as much as on the forum. People like shristi n kulbhushan are hated even more. The worst part hating the real actress.
