He has spinal compressed nerve, he got that injury in football field. Those with these issues suffers a lot of pain(a serious level) when they sit for a long time and in that fruit task he sat for more than 3 hours without any chance to stand up. I saw him limping several time after that.

So probably its the pain thats causing him to get fever so often.
