I read few things on X and here to which I want to give my views.
Karan being, spoon-fed and Vivian was not, something like this. Karan was constantly demotivated then came Sandeep's motivation. In the first place they should not have demotivated him that much and to get him to give content they had to call Sandeep to motivate him.
Vivian had the smooth journey between these two. If the amount of spoon feeding(taunts) Vivian had got, I don't know what he would have done. And from Avinash's words, Vivian was called to CR before he took Avinash's side(Read this in twitter first). What exactly happened there? Why didn't they show it on the episode or live feed? Isn't it favoring Vivian if they actually guided him in the CR?
Both Karan and Eisha were motivated in CR but Karan used it and shined in the game. It depends on the contestant too how they take the feedback.
Exactly,Karan was so demotivated from BB ,taunting him for everything, bringing his personal life always ,he was always bashed for every step he took ,so Karan got in a shell and looked so down ,so his friend sandip was bought,even then Sandip just said start being yourself this isn't the Karan I know ,he wasn't told that the trio use so many derogatory remarks about him ,plan to nominate him etc.
Compare that to Vivian who has had a smooth ride ,became TG due to khairati,called in confession room so many times as said by Avinash himself,then his wife came and gave feedback in platter even then he isn't taking the feedback seriously
. I felt bad for him for the first time 
. Vivian inta pyaara hai ki karan bhi pihgaal jata hai uske liye . He loves Vivian too
. It reflects in their actions 
chahe kitna hi bole ki hum dost nahi par dil kv ka Vivu ke liye hi dhadakta warna kabhi toh avinash ko confront nahin karta jaanta tha ki Vivu ko bura laga uss din
